Our filter laboratory located in ROKI TECHNO Head Office (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan) not only researches and develops new filters but also implements various tests and analysis to select filters which are optimal for customers.
Analysis of used filters
Analysis of filters used by customers is one of the effective ways to select optimal filters.
The clogging of used filters can be observed by using the SEM (Microscope). We select optimal filter materials according to the shape, kinds, size of the clogging and propose the best filter structure.。
Actual liquid test
Using a small quantity filtration tester, we test customer’s actual liquid with filters made of various filter materials and various micron rating to focus on optimal filters.
